1. ORGANIZATION
Reports hierarchically to the Head of AIT or Head of Production Launcher Structures and operationally to an AIT Manager or Team Leader.
2. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Responsible for an integrated planning of activities within the AIT department, including the allocation of staff and facilities for assigned projects. Facilitating projects by organizing necessary (logistical) matters before the start of the project, including work instructions. Introducing and guiding (digital) improvement initiatives.
3. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Transfers inventory parts to project needs in the MRP system.
Plans work on a high level, in the long term and in detail; Monitors work sequences, lead times, and utilization of staff and resources.
Adjusts the planning in case of changes and coordinates the consequences with stakeholders.
Manages planning methodologies: identifies improvement opportunities, initiates adjustments, coordinates changes, implements improvements, and monitors execution.
Identifies bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement (Continuous Improvement), prepares solutions and improvement proposals, and introduces them.
Identifies obstacles, documents them, and prepares alternative solutions.
Initiates the withdrawal of necessary materials, equipment, and tools.
Creates Request Purchase Orders at the request of AIT Managers or Team Leaders.
Monitors KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Conducts second-line troubleshooting for machines and/or tools and performs minor adjustments to software or hardware. Checks technical drawings.
Prepares work instructions and procedures for assembly and testing activities.
Drafts complete task descriptions and ensures readiness reports.
Prepares required documentation, for example, for logistics to enable shipments.

Minimum MBO+ degree (or similar if cadidate is foreign)
Experience with MRP/ERP system

- We verzamelen de benodigde stukken indien gevraagd zoals referenties, diploma's, motivatiebrief, VOG etc...
- Op basis van data bepalen we een kansrijk uurtarief voor de offerte. Jij hebt zelf natuurlijk het laatste woord in het biedingstarief.
Wij houden van eerlijk en transparant zaken doen.
Als je aan slag gaat via Bij Oranje hanteren we de
volgende voorwaarden:
- We vragen 10% marge over je uurtarief voor de duur van de opdracht.
- We betalen je factuur binnen 21 dagen, je hoeft dus niet op je geld te wachten!
- Als jij je opdracht goed doet en daardoor bij de dezelfde opdrachtgever een nieuwe opdracht mag doen dan ben je daar volledig vrij in! We hanteren geen concurrentie-/ relatiebeding.
Wij houden van eerlijk en transparant zaken doen.
Als je aan de slag gaat via Bij Oranje Detachering dan
hanteren we de volgende voorwaarden:
- We vullen samen een loonheffingsverklaring in en tekenen een overeenkomst van opdracht.
- We rekenen 15% marge van je uurtarief voor de duur van de opdracht. Het resterende bedrag verlonen we volledig als brutoloon.
- Binnen 21 dagen na het ontvangen van je getekende urenstaat, ontvang je de netto-betaling op je bankrekening. Je hoeft dus niet op je geld te wachten!
- Als jij je opdracht goed doet en daardoor bij dezelfde opdrachtgever een nieuwe opdracht mag doen dan ben je daar volledig vrij in! We hanteren geen concurrentie-/relatiebeding.
Je hebt nog 7 dagen om te reageren.
Reageer minstens 1 dag voor de sluitingstijd van deze opdracht.
