Youth Reintegration Specialist (with Coaching)

Team Zicht op Werk is the implementation team for the integration, reintegration, and participation of residents of the municipalities of Eemnes, Blaricum, Laren, and Huizen, aimed at finding employment or a suitable workplace (while retaining benefits) in society. Assignment For the Youth implementation program within Zicht op Werk, we are looking for a specialist in the reintegration of young people (up to 27 years old). The number of young people at Zicht Op Werk is increasing. We are looking for someone who can transfer knowledge about working with young people, the network in the Gooi- en Vechtstreek region, and available tools to a new salaried employee. In addition to knowledge transfer, this person will provide group-based guidance to young people and also conduct individual trajectories with young people as long as these cannot yet be transferred. Within the Zicht Op Werk team, you are the specialist regarding young people, and you have the freedom to shape the guidance yourself. This assignment also includes potential job hunting for this target group. The assignment consists of the following results Future-proofing the team with up-to-date expertise and knowledge within the target group up to 27 years; Based on the candidate’s expertise, he/she is expected to concretely share knowledge of work activities with new employees through coaching and guidance; The final result will be achieved in mid-January 2027, provided that sufficient knowledge is present among permanent employees. As a result, the transfer of knowledge and expertise will become obsolete; To provide concrete insight into the instruments used and the follow-up in practice; From a practical perspective, you will continue to handle various cases to determine where risks, actions, and knowledge are lacking or need to be brought to attention. Delivering a recommendation for maintaining and further developing reintegration services for young people upon completion of the assignment. Boundary conditions The candidate works from an external knowledge position to coach existing employees. When necessary and in a timely manner, the candidate consults with the relevant team manager regarding the current phase of the assignment and the current bottlenecks that could cause the deadline to shift. The manager explicitly exercises no direction or supervision over the candidate and relies entirely on external expertise to strengthen substantive knowledge and working methods. The candidate is also free to determine their own hours within the 24-hour per week tender; the location is entirely at their own discretion, but it is desirable that physical presence is also ensured. The permanent duties are embedded within the municipal organization, but within this assignment, there is explicit reference to external expertise in preparation for a self-reliant team. The candidate’s duties are therefore not concrete tasks within the job title.
