Senior Change Communication Consultant On behalf of Vattenfall, we are looking for a Senior Change Communication Consultant to shape and guide the communication around a change programme. For the hiring manager, seniority isn’t so much about the number of years of experience (at least two), but about who you are and how you work. You hold your own in conversations at senior management level, you have a sharp sense of what matters and what doesn’t, and at the same time you’re willing to get hands-on and do the work yourself. The role will be very hands-on at the start and will gradually move towards a more strategic position. It’s exactly this combination of executing and advising that makes this assignment challenging. Experience in the energy or utilities sector is required; experience within Vattenfall is a plus. The role requires a minimum of 28 hours per week. These hours can be scheduled flexibly, as long as you are available across working days rather than taking full days off. The assignment starts as soon as possible, no later than the beginning of November so there is still time for a proper handover. Location of the assignment : Core Vattenfall locations (preferably Amsterdam, Stockholm, Kolding) / hybrid Main objectives of the assignment: The CEP Digital program is part of the BA Wind Cost Efficiency Program (CEP). Main objective of the program is to achieve sustainable structural digital change for the prioritized value areas, centered around Operations and Maintenance for BU’s Onshore and Offshore. A major element of the program is to establish a new digital baseline and new ways of working. To be able to successfully change the ways we work around these core areas, we are looking for a senior change communications consultant to enable the transformation at hand. The ideal candidate will be an expert in strategic and operational change communications , being able to craft narratives that inspire and drive the change strategy to enable the organization to transform. Key responsibilities
- Define and drive the change communications strategy for the CEP Digital Program
- Craft relevant narratives and utilize various available communication channels to transfer the change message (news articles, Viva Engage, video, teams channel, coordinate and facilitate all employee meetings…)
- Ensure consistent messaging throughout the CEP digital program and ensure alignment with the overall change narrative of team Digitalisation, Business Area Wind and Vattenfall group
- Involve and manage Vattenfall preferred suppliers, specialized in content creation such as video and image creation
- Set up structures to measure impact and refine change and communication strategies as needed
- Collaborate with other change enablers and communication leads in context of CEP to strengthen the change message and impact
- Guide affected stakeholders on all levels through the change, ensuring alignment on and adoption of the change

Experience in the energy or utilities sector is required; experience within Vattenfall is a plus.
Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
Ability to build trust and align diverse stakeholders across complex and diverse expertise areas and organisational layers within BA Wind
Ability to guide teams and leadership through change and drive cultural shifts.
Ability to derive simple messages out of complex change / transformation
