TOS (part of Grid Field Operations Netherlands (GFO-N)) is responsible for the national telecom network, both onshore and offshore. Due to its specialized scope, many functions and activities fall under my team’s remit. These include telecom specialists centrally located at the Telecom NOC and decentralized telecom specialists at the station locations. My team also has its own service desk, contract and stakeholder management, and administrative functions. Furthermore, due to the unique nature of the Giganet telecom project, the project organization for this project has also been incorporated into my team.
Role:
As an OT security subject matter expert, you will be part of the Integrated Security team of the unit Grid Field Operations Netherlands. This team consists of two Information Security Officers, two Subject Matter Experts for the physical security perspective and (including yourself) two Subject Matter Experts for the operational technology (OT) security perspective. The Grid Field Operations Netherlands unit covers the maintenance of the Dutch onshore high voltage substations, as well as brown field building projects. The main security objective is to assure the continuity of the energy supply.
Your activities will be:
• Taking inventory of the current Telecom central resources;
• Setting up a yard-stick based on IEC 62443 for the components in the current OT Wide Area Network and digital substations, to be used in running and future OT security assessments;
• Assessing the current OT Wide Area Network and digital substations against this yard-stick;
• Define vulnerability and penetration tests to be executed by external parties;
• Periodic analysis of OT security incidents for patterns and other points of interest.
As part of the team you will also contribute to:
• Defining and updating security risks within the OT perspective in our risk management tool;
• The gap analysis related to new legislation;
• Bringing the newly introduced Information Security Management System up to speed;
• Awareness initiatives, supporting content from the OT perspective.
De Eisen
You have prior experience setting up security controls and running assessments in an industrial context;
You have prior network security experience;
You demonstrate organizational sensitivity as part of your work;
You are a team player, communicative and self-starting;
Experience in the energy sector is an advantage;
Experience with IEC 62443is an advantage.You have a bachelors degree in a relevant study (Industrial automation, IT and/or security related);You have prior experience setting up security controls and running assessments in an industrial context;You have prior network security experience;You demonstrate organizational sensitivity as part of your work;You are a team player, communicative and self-starting;Experience in the energy sector is an advantage;Experience with IEC 62443is an advantage.

- We verzamelen de benodigde stukken indien gevraagd zoals referenties, diploma's, motivatiebrief, VOG etc...
- Op basis van data bepalen we een kansrijk uurtarief voor de offerte. Jij hebt zelf natuurlijk het laatste woord in het biedingstarief.

Als je aan slag gaat via Bij Oranje hanteren we de
volgende voorwaarden:
- We vragen 10% marge over je uurtarief voor de duur van de opdracht.
- Altijd snel je geld: Zodra de opdrachtgever betaalt, staat het bedrag binnen één werkdag op je rekening.
- Als jij je opdracht goed doet en daardoor bij de dezelfde opdrachtgever een nieuwe opdracht mag doen dan ben je daar volledig vrij in! We hanteren geen concurrentie-/ relatiebeding.
Wij houden van eerlijk en transparant zaken doen.
Als je aan de slag gaat via Bij Oranje Detachering dan
hanteren we de volgende voorwaarden:
- We vullen samen een loonheffingsverklaring in en tekenen een overeenkomst van opdracht.
- We rekenen 15% marge van je uurtarief voor de duur van de opdracht. Het resterende bedrag verlonen we volledig als brutoloon.
- Zodra de opdrachtgever betaalt, staat jouw netto betaling binnen één werkdag op je rekening.
- Als jij je opdracht goed doet en daardoor bij dezelfde opdrachtgever een nieuwe opdracht mag doen dan ben je daar volledig vrij in! We hanteren geen concurrentie-/relatiebeding.
