We are looking for an experienced Business / Data Analyst to take a central role in executing that migration. You understand how data is structured, how to extract and transform it reliably, and how to support project teams in validating that the migration has succeeded. You work independently, communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, and thrive in a complex, multi-environment program setting. What you will do as a Business / Data Analyst: Migration analysis and preparation
- Analyse the data structure and configuration of Thinkproject across all active project environments.
- Map current data structures to the target DMS, identify gaps, and define transformation rules.
- Prepare and maintain migration scripts, data mappings, and technical documentation. Data extraction and transformation
- Extract data from Thinkproject and prepare it for loading into the target platform.
- Apply transformation logic to ensure data lands correctly, completely, and traceably in the new environment.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues prior to and during migration execution. Testing and validation
- Develop testing protocols and acceptance criteria for migration success.
- Facilitate and support project teams in executing migration tests.
- Track and resolve issues emerging from test outcomes, and sign off on migration readiness. Documentation and traceability
- Document migration decisions, transformation logic, and test results consistently in Jira and Teams. What are we looking for:
- Proven hands-on experience executing data migrations, including data extraction, transformation, and validation – this is a hard requirement.
- Strong understanding of relational data structures and the ability to read and interpret database setups.
- Experience facilitating user acceptance testing in a migration context.
- Familiarity with Thinkproject or a comparable CDE or DMS platform is a strong plus.
- Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- Professional proficiency in Dutch and English is a must.
- Structured, independent, and precise – you do not need to be managed to deliver quality work.
- Able to operate across multiple simultaneous project environments and communicate migration progress clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Profile:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science or a related field.
- You have at least two years of proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on process analysis, documentation, requirements analysis and backlog management. This is a must;
- You have experience working with Agile methodologies and tools for backlog management. This is also a must;
- You have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. This is also a must;
- You are detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work within defined timelines.
- You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving. This is also a must;
