Data Scientist -Agentic AI

Join DLL’s Advanced analytics development team as a Data Scientist to accelerate our adoption of Agentic AI across a global financial organization. In this role, you will design and deliver LLM-powered agents that solve real business problems while helping upskill the team and establish best practices. You’ll focus on building production-ready agentic systems, combining reasoning, tool use, and enterprise data, to improve processes in Risk, Compliance, Sales, and Operations. At the same time, you’ll play a key role in transferring knowledge, shaping standards, and enabling the team to independently scale these capabilities. What You’ll Do Build and deliver agentic AI solutions

• Design and implement LLM-based agents using LangChain / LangGraph, including multi-step workflows, tool calling, and reasoning patterns.
• Develop RAG + agent architectures leveraging enterprise data (documents, policies, customer records). Operate within our stack
• Build solutions using Azure OpenAI, Databricks, and MLflow.
• Establish reusable pipelines for retrieval, orchestration, evaluation, and deployment.
• Ensure solutions meet latency, cost, and reliability requirements. Make agentic systems production-ready
• Define and implement evaluation frameworks (task success, accuracy, groundedness, safety).
• Set up monitoring and observability (prompt/response tracing, tool usage, failures, drift).
• Implement guardrails: hallucination mitigation, prompt injection protection, safe tool access. Accelerate and upskill the team
• Act as a hands-on expert, mentoring team members on agent design, LLMOps, and best practices.
• Define reusable patterns, templates, and standards for agentic AI development.
• Contribute to building a sustainable internal capability, not just point solutions.
