In het kort: Je gaat de AI Governance coördineren en ondersteunen bij de implementatie van het AI Governance Framework en de Generative AI-capaciteit. Je werkt samen met teams en partners om risico's te beoordelen en communicatie te faciliteren.

We design, build, maintain and operate a high-voltage grid stretching across land and sea. This carries electricity from where it is made – including a rapidly increasing proportion of wind and solar energy – to where it is used. With a service level as high as 99.99963%, we are one of the best in the world at our job.
To manage this increasingly complex system and growing workload, TenneT is embracing new digital solutions like (Gen)AI, voor welke we capaciteit opbouwen in mensen, processen en technologie en nieuwe use cases realiseren. Een ander belangrijk initiatief is het project om onze AI Governance op te zetten.

We are looking for an AI Governance (Project) Coordinator.
Your Role / Purpose of the Job:
TenneT’s AI Governance Framework across both the Netherlands and Germany is being developed in partnership with a strategic partner. Besides this, TenneT is building up its Generative AI Capability by setting up a GenAI Center of Excellence.
You will primarily coordinate activities in the AI Governance design and implementation project, help prepare deliverables and support interim AI Governance. You will work closely with the AI Governance project lead who also leads our Generative AI capability. This is a hands-on role that involves working with business teams, technical teams and our AI Governance delivery partner, and is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of Governance or Risk & Compliance with Innovation. You will be part of the AI Enablement & Governance Center of Excellence within TenneT’s Digital & Data department. The team is based in Arnhem (NL) and Bayreuth (GE), working in a hybrid setup with 2–3 days per week in the office. Periodic short-stay travel to Germany is required.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Governance Project Coordination
- Facilitate the AI Governance project in planning, coordination and communication
- Act as day-to-day interface to our AI Governance project Delivery partner
- Facilitate and support in deliverable preparation and review cycles, meetings and workshops
- Prepare the implementation project that will follow the current design phase
- Support stakeholder management and communication
Support interim AI Governance
- Drive AI Risk assessments
- Support TenneT personnel to align with Works councils GE and NL on AI (Governance)
GenAI Center of Excellence Support
- Given time and capacity: Help coordinate activities within the Generative AI Center of Excellence.
Important
• The biggest challenge for the candidate is to support the current manager and have the will to work hands-on on the design of the AI Governance and GenAI capability (you will be the right-hand man/woman).
• Commitment for at least 32 hours per week.
• Location: Arnhem MCE - min 2 x week at the office.
• The candidate needs to have the willingness to travel 1 x in 4-6 weeks to Bayreuth, DE.

• It is important that the candidate is available for the entire requested period in the application.
• The assignment may be extended, this depends on the workload, this will be discussed in time.
De Eisen
– Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in projectcoördinatie en businessanalyse op het gebied van AI Governance, Data privacy & protection, Risk & Compliance, AI of Data Governance
– Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Duits en Engels vereist
– Sterke organisatorische en groepsfaciliterende vaardigheden
– Proactief, resultaatgericht, flexibel en in staat om zelfstandig een doel te bereiken
– VOG (Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag) moet ontvangen zijn voordat de kandidaat kan starten
– Bereidheid om minimaal 32 uur per week te werken
– Locatie: Arnhem MCE – minimaal 2 keer per week op kantoor
– Bereidheid om 1 keer in de 4-6 weken naar Bayreuth, Duitsland te reizen
– De kandidaat moet een geldig identiteitsbewijs (paspoort of identiteitskaart) hebben dat bij intake en op de startdatum van het contract geldig is en kan worden overlegd ter verificatie
– Beschikbaar voor de gehele gevraagde periode in de aanvraag
De Wensen
– Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands zijn een sterke pré.
– De grootste uitdaging voor de kandidaat is het ondersteunen van de huidige manager en de bereidheid om hands-on te werken aan het ontwerp van de AI Governance en GenAI capability (je bent de rechterhand van de manager).
– Gegeven tijd en capaciteit: helpen bij het coördineren van activiteiten binnen het Generative AI Center of Excellence.

- We werken samen een offerte uit waarin we toelichten waarom jouw profiel aansluit op de gestelde eisen en wensen.
- We verzamelen de benodigde stukken indien gevraagd zoals referenties, diploma's, motivatiebrief, VOG etc...
- Op basis van data bepalen we een kansrijk uurtarief voor de offerte. Jij hebt zelf natuurlijk het laatste woord in het biedingstarief.
Wij houden van eerlijk en transparant zaken doen.
Als je aan slag gaat via Bij Oranje hanteren we de volgende voorwaarden:
- We vragen 10% marge over je uurtarief voor de duur van de opdracht.
- We betalen je factuur binnen 21 dagen, je hoeft dus niet op je geld te wachten!
- Als jij je opdracht goed doet en daardoor bij de dezelfde opdrachtgever een nieuwe opdracht mag doen dan ben je daar volledig vrij in! We hanteren geen concurrentie-/ relatiebeding.
Wij houden van eerlijk en transparant zaken doen.
Als je aan de slag gaat via Bij Oranje Detachering dan hanteren we de volgende voorwaarden:
- We vullen samen een loonheffingsverklaring in en tekenen een overeenkomst van opdracht.
- We rekenen 15% marge van je uurtarief voor de duur van de opdracht. Het resterende bedrag verlonen we volledig als brutoloon.
- Binnen 21 dagen na het ontvangen van je getekende urenstaat, ontvang je de netto-betaling op je bankrekening. Je hoeft dus niet op je geld te wachten!
- Als jij je opdracht goed doet en daardoor bij dezelfde opdrachtgever een nieuwe opdracht mag doen dan ben je daar volledig vrij in! We hanteren geen concurrentie-/relatiebeding.
