Job Description
We are looking for a Service Manager to oversee the transfer of responsibilities from the client. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a dossier outlining management agreements, providing clarity on who is responsible for what, where, and how. This process will be divided into three phases:
Phase 1: Inventory & Update (to be completed by the end of 2025): This involves gathering information for the transfer and setting up processes and changes, acceptance/testing (OTAP/LTO/Test Guild), PDC/KPI, updating SLA/DVO/SOK, overview of interfaces in management (ownership), supplier/change calendar.
Phase 2: Define & Decide (to be completed in Q1 and Q2 2026): This involves creating a transfer dossier (including decision memos), defining ownership per interface, drawing up and recording management agreements, adjusting PDC/KPI/SLA/DVO/SOK, recording acceptance/testing processes, outlining roles.
Phase 3: Validate & Secure (to be completed in Q1 and Q2 2026): This involves carrying out chain validation/acceptance, running the reporting cycle (monthly/quarterly), and evaluating agreements.
The Service Manager’s tasks will include the following:
Monitoring quality characteristics and non-functional requirements such as Availability, Maintainability, Performance, Reliability, Scalability, Security, Privacy, etc.
Monitoring the operation of supported ITIL practices and initiating improvements.
Aligning and adjusting current processes, such as incident, escalation, and testing processes, to ensure ongoing collaboration between KOOP / DGDOO / SBO and TBO.
Monitoring progress, ensuring quality, and prioritizing the delivery of services according to the agreements in SLAs and DAPs with customers.
Updating agreed SLAs and DAPs with suppliers and customers within the chain to the desired governance.
The Service Manager will also be responsible for compliance and information security tasks, including:
Identifying operational and information security risks and monitoring necessary measures.
Conducting (or arranging for) risk analyses.
Supervising security tests.
