About Business Technology Organization (BTO) and BTO Office:
BTO is TenneT’s centralized IT organization and a crucial component of TenneT’s ambitious strategy. Organized into value streams and domains, BTO aligns seamlessly with TenneT’s end-to-end processes. As part of this effort, we are focusing on implementing IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT4IT frameworks to enhance our service delivery and performance. Our ultimate goal is to reduce disruptions and increase the speed of IT service delivery to the business.
About the Team:
The Quality and Performance Management (QPM) team, within BT Office, is dedicated to overseeing strategic and tactical ITSM process management and ensuring robust quality assurance. Our primary goal is to empower the BTO organization to achieve optimal control by championing the adoption of ITIL and IT4IT, implementing effective governance frameworks, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. We are committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and performance across all IT services, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvements.
